What is a Greeting Card?
Next to the video window there is a Greeting Card graphic. VideoMailgram videoemail provides 100s of Greeting Cards for you to choose from. Or, for a small fee, you can personalize your videoemail with a Greeting Card of your design. This can be your business card, company logo, a picture, a special invitation, or whatever you want! It’s like having your own letterhead!
How do I know if my message was viewed?
VideoMailgram Videoemail provides you with the ability to receive immediate e-mail notification when your Videoemail is viewed or forwarded. You can always get up to the minute status on the videos you have sent simply by accessing your Detailed Usage Report from your Account Management tool. From here, you are able to keep track of when you sent each videoemail, who the video was sent to, each video's name and length, the number of times each video has been viewed, and the total viewing minutes incurred from each video.
Will the file size be too large for my recipient's inbox?
When you send a VideoMailgram Videoemail, you are sending a link to view your video, not a cumbersome file attachment. Your actual video resides on VideoMailgram's servers and is streamed to your viewer when they click on the link.
Do my recipients or I need a high speed Internet access?
No, you can send and receive videoemail regardless of your Internet connection, however the faster your connection the faster the process. After you create your video and press send your video is processed to play at multiple speeds so that all viewers, regardless of their Internet connection, are able to view your video.
Can I preview my recorded video before I send it?
Yes, you can preview and re-record your video as many times as you would like before sending it.
Can I use the camera I already have to record Videoemail?
As long as the camera you own meets our system requirements, you will have no trouble using it to create your Videoemail. Can I send a Videoemail from a Macintosh?

Currently Macintosh users are unable to send a VideoMailgram Videoemail, however if you are using one of Mac’s latest Operating Systems, such as OS 10, then you will be able to view a videoemail.
